Please RSVP via the RSVP tab on our wedding website. The RSVP deadline is August 12th, 2026, after which our guest count will be final.
We have specified the exact number of seats reserved for your party in your invitation suite. Due to venue space restrictions, additional guests cannot be accommodated.
We love your kiddos, but we have decided to host a child-free wedding, so loved ones under 18 are not invited (with the exception of newborns that cannot be separated from their mothers!). Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!
Please reach out to the bride, groom, or their parents to let us know if you need to change your RSVP.
Boerner Botanical Gardens,
9400 Boerner Drive, Hales Corners, WI 53130
The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, in a small open field (unshaded). If the weather is uncooperative, the ceremony will be held indoors, in the atrium.
There will be a moment during the ceremony when the officiant will prompt guests to take cellphone pictures if they would like to.
Outside of that designated time, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony! We have hired a photographer to capture all the special moments, and we don't want your phone to photo-bomb our professional photos. Please put the phones away and be present with us (we'll share photos ASAP, promise). Thank you for understanding!
There is ample parking at the venue, and the lot will be reserved for our guests until the early evening, when the lot will be re-opened to the public. Overnight parking is prohibited.
Yes! However, due to the distance between the venue and the hotel, we cannot guarantee transportation will be available for everyone. Rideshare services, like Uber and Lyft, are available in the area to make up for this gap.
Look forward to additional details here soon.
Yes! The Boerner Botanical Gardens Visitor Center is wheelchair accessible and features accessible ramp ways. The path from the Visitor Center to the ceremony space is paved, although the ceremony seating will be on a grassy area.
The Visitor Center restrooms are accessible, and there is also a single-stall restroom for use.
Accessible parking spaces are available in the front row of the parking lot. Vehicles parked in these spaces must display a Disabled Parking Identification Permit hangtag or Disabled license plate.
For more information, please visit the Boerner Botanical Gardens Milwaukee County Accessibility Guide.
The closest airport is the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE), located 10-15 minutes away from the venue. Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is located 1.5 hours away from the venue, for guests who do not have access to MKE.
We have reserved a hotel block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield. Please visit our Travel page for more details.
Yes. With the nearby airport and downtown Milwaukee not far away, rideshares are readily available.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Tea-length or longer dresses are appropriate, as are suits and ties.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly. Make sure footwear is sensible for walking and standing on grass!
If you'd like to, you may join us in garden-party inspired patterns and palettes (think florals and pastels). This is by no means a requirement, just a suggestion if you're looking for some outfit inspiration!
Find more information on our Dress Code website page.
You may want to bring sun protection, like a shawl, umbrella, sunscreen, and/or sunglasses, since the ceremony will likely be in direct sunlight.
Please arrive to the ceremony no earlier than 4:00pm and no later than 4:25pm. To encourage timeliness, we're even offering a welcome cocktail!
More details coming soon!
During the cocktail hour, tray-passed small bites (with vegetarian options) will be available.
Dinner will be buffet-style, and options will include:
Grilled Tenderloin Fillet
Herb-Seared Chicken Breast
Sweet Potato and Russet au Gratin
Fire-Roasted Vegetables
Big Apple Salad
Roasted Fall Salad
Please note any dietary restrictions in your RSVP, and we will gladly accommodate your needs with a separate plated dish.
While gifts are appreciated, they are by no means required. If you're feeling generous, please visit our Registry website page.
If it's easiest for you to bring your gift to the wedding, please feel free to do so!
Please reach out to the bride, groom, or any of their parents for assistance!
