We have reserved room blocks at the Embassy Suites. We also recommend, but have not reserved space at, the Mainstay Suites Sleep Inn.

John, Lexi, and the bridal party will be staying at the Embassy Suites.

We will be providing complimentary shuttle busses between the Embassy Suites and the venue. Due to the distance between the Embassy Suites and the venue, we cannot guarantee transportation for everyone prior to the ceremony. For this reason, we ask that you take the earliest shuttle you can to ensure as many guests can be accommodated as possible!

If necessary, rideshare services, like Uber and Lyft, are available between the wedding venue and the hotel block.

Pickup 1: Load at 2:30pm, leave at 2:45pm

There is ample parking at the venue, and the lot will be reserved for our guests until the early evening, when the lot will be re-opened to the public. Overnight parking is prohibited.
